FORMS THROUGH COLOURS

With reference to the movie “The meshes of the afternoon”

This composition consists of all the important elements that were there in the film.The most important feature of this movie was that all these elements had a meaning attached to them.The stairs symbolized the way to dreams, success, etc to which the women have equal rights to but are always held back by the society. Moving on, as this film gives a message that how difficult it is for a women to live in a patriarchy. The women shown here is just like any other ambitious women who is unhappy by the norms laid upon them and are not free to express their views just because they are made to realize every time that their leash is in the hands of the society. Lastly, the shattered glass symbolizes the death of expectations, desires and hopes of a women.

I have changed the colours to lighter and pastel shades to change the mood .
